Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I am a pediatric occupational therapist with over 5 years experience. Over 4 of those years I have focused on feeding therapy as my primary passion and area of expertise. My approach is integrative and holistic, as I consider your whole child, your whole family, and the variety of sensory, motor, and health factors that can impact feeding. I love to infuse my knowledge and training in natural health and wellness into feeding sessions, as I have seen how connected nutrient-dense eating is to overall health.

I’ve supported roughly 100 families with picky eating concerns. I know how stressful food struggles can be, for everyone involved. You deserve to feel confident in this journey towards more peaceful and joyful mealtimes. I’d love to support you and your child with developing more comfort with nourishing foods.
